Azure Travel and Tours Pvt Ltd acts as the booking agent for the hotel(s) it books for you.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

We require payment in full after confirmation or at least 30 days before your arrival. You can pay with your credit card, using a wire transfer to move the total amount to our bank account or send us payment via Western Union Money Transfer.

We accept Visa and MasterCard under the condition that you supply us with a photocopy of your passport and a credit card authorization form, both to be sent to us via fax.

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment must be made immediately. If you cancel your reservation, your payment is subject to cancellation charges. Please check the relevant cancellation charge for your particular reservation before you confirm any bookings, as different hotels impose different cancellation charges and may also vary depending on the time of year.

 

CANCELLATION

Azure Travel and Tours Pvt Ltd does not charge you any cancellation fees however please do understand that while Azure Travel and Tours Pvt Ltd doesn't have cancel fees, some of our hotels have change restrictions or impose fees that we are required to pass along. If you need to change travel plans, you must let us know as soon as possible, before your scheduled travel dates, to avoid last-minute penalties from our suppliers.

Your confirmation email will specify the exact cancellation due date which is the deadline you must cancel by in order to avoid any cancellation fee. Generally, the cancellation due date is 14 days prior to arrival at the hotel. The penalty charge is usually one-night stay, unless specified on the confirmation email.

 

REFUND POLICY

Azure Travel and Tours Pvt Ltd is committed to providing you with a simple and efficient refund process. You may contact us for a refund via the email: reservations@holidaysatmaldives.com

Please note that shortening your stay during the high season, periods of high occupancy, during trade fairs and conventions, or failure to cancel your reservation prior to the due date noted on your confirmation may result in a penalty charge being imposed by the hotel. If a penalty charge is incurred, this will be deducted from the amount refunded.
